(2/$20) Vintage Nippy Clip Dart Tie Clip

This vintage tie clip by Nippy Clip is made of a gold tone metal and has a spring-loaded clip back. The clip is shaped like a throwing dart with the feathered end used to open the clip. The back is stamped "NIPPY CLIP, MADE IN ENGLAND, IMITATION". I'm not 100% what they mean by imitation, because it is by Nippy Clip, but might refer to the fact that the throwing dart design is very popular, and perhaps this was not the original? If you know more, I'd love to hear it! The clip has normal wear, but the spring-loaded clip is fully functional and still well-aligned.
