(2/$20) Vintage Painter's Palette Brooch

This vintage brooch is made of a silver tone metal (possibly pewter based on the tone?) and has a modern locking c pin closure. The brooch is shaped like a handheld painter's palette and has 3 small colourful, natural stones (red, yellow, and blue) on the brooch face as paint globs. To the bottom right of the blue stone there is some yellow "paint". I'm unsure if there was another stone in this location or if it was an intentional choice by the artist. The brooch is in good condition except that for some reason it's very streaky. I'm not sure what caused this or how to fix it, but I think the brooch is so interesting that the streaks don't matter (at least to me). Very fun piece overall.
