(2/$20) Vintage Silver Tone Rose Bouquet Brooch

This vintage brooch is made of silver tone metal and has a modern locking c pin closure. The brooch features three roses in bloom, which appear to belong to the same plant. There are two petals that have a gold tone to them, and I'm unsure if the silver has come off or if the brooch was previously gold and all but those two spots have turned silver.
