Beige short-sleeved button-up shirt by New York & Company in Size Small. This button-up shirt has a collar, a small breast pocket and white pearlescent buttons going all the way down. It has short sleeves that are a little bit rolled up: I had to fix the attachment on one of the armpits, the thread is not a perfect match but it's not very noticeable either (3rd before last picture).
