2/$20 white velvet turtleneck floral dress b909

Unknown brand and size, but I'm a size S and it fits me. Selling this for a friend who bought this at Winners for $40CAD plus tax. It has a pretty metallic sheen to it. A really cool, unique piece! A bit of the stitching is a bit loose around the neckline (see photo), hence why I'm offering this as a $8 add-on. However, it's not noticeable at all when you're wearing it! A bit sheer.
