2/$25 Material Girl buttondown top w/faux leather

A black and white sleeveless button down top. One side is black & white striped, while the other is fully black. Pockets, collar & the fabric where the buttons are attached are made of faux leather. The back has a slit from the bottom up until around the mid-back area. In amazing condition - I’m selling this because I have a hard time buttoning it up (as you can see in the first picture)!! 😩
