2/$25 NWOT white & black bell/ruffle sleeve top

A white off the shoulder blouse with dramatic bell/ruffle sleeves and black detailing on the neckline and sleeves. Wear it with some high waisted jeans or a pencil skirt for a more formal look. Small tears in the material present but not very noticeable. (See last picture)
