Gorgeous vintage forever 21 velvet maxi dress size medium but may fit more like a small( please see measurements for fit. There is some stretch.) Beautiful royal blue this dress is strapless with a deep V in the front and a crisscross lacing at the back with a slit up the one side.. just pulls over your head I’m calling it vintage as I purchased it for myself close to 20 years ago and never wore it.. so slinky and sexy
