Cute summer dress by EMPYRE. Strapless and has a fringe around the top. Rainbow colours, this dress is lovely and it was only worn a couple times. I think it’s a medium but it could be a small, make sure to read measurements. Tag was removed so unsure the material Measuring approx. waist 13”, length from armpit to bottom of dress 24”
