2/$30 🍪 Vintage Y2K Pelican Cove Flare Leg Dress Pants

Flare leg bellbottom dress pants that I bought about 25 years ago. Well loved, but still lots of life left. Upon purchasing, these pants were altered. A section of material was added on both the insides and the outsides of the legs to create a larger flare. The very bottom of the legs were hemmed as well. These alterations are pictured in the photos. There is a tiny freyed spot on the back of the left leg at the bottom, as well as a tiny freyed hole on the back of the right leg near the bottom, as pictured. There are two areas on the outer top waist seam where the seam has let go a bit, as pictured. The smaller area is on the front, while the bigger area is on the back. Velcro and zipper closure. The inner velcro piece has lots of fluff, threads, etc, stuck to it, as pictured. It still functions perfectly fine. The size tag has been cut out, so please refer to the measurements for sizing.
