2/$30 - Vintage/Retro Velvet Skirt

This is a gorgeous handmade vintage/retro piece. I'm not sure when it was made because I bought it second hand and it has no tags. It's a bright red velvet with black velvet trim. There's a short split centered in the front and mirrored at the back. Unique and one of a kind! It has a zipper at the back, and it is not stretchy. 12" waist measured flat. 39-1/2" waist to hem.
