Either made of real silk or Satin, very soft fabric. Chiffon ruffles at front and hem. Size Small means 32-34" bust / 24-27" waist, 33-36" hip best fit. Model is tall @ 5'10" and it's a bit too short to even be a dress as pictured / turns into a long top instead. On a more petite person it can be worn as a mini dress.
