was a gift, too big for me. super cute - very light airy fabric + nice quality! excellent condition as it's never been worn. would be cute alone or with a shirt underneath. outer fabric is see through but skirt is lined and top is doubled up! skirt is gathered in an accordion texture but loosens out as the bottom to flow (2nd pic). invisible zipper back, it is not stretchy so check measurements! 📏shoulder strap: 10 inches 📏waist: 14.5 inches 📏skirt length from waist line to hem: 30 inches
