new!! never worn except to try on :') uniqlo white half button down blouse with collar. looks like a dress shirt but much more airy! the bottom flows out and it would be very nice on the right size. i bought it for a formal event thinking i could wear it oversized and be cute but it's starchy cotton fabric does not look good oversized so i never wore it. condition: new material: 100% cotton
