amodcitizen @judyryan74 hi there, sorry for the late reply. Heel height is about 3.5 inches. As for sizing, my true size is somewhere between an 8 and 8.5 and these were just a smidge larger than I like them to fit, so f should be fine for a true 8.5 but I can provide extra measurements if necessary.
