Very good vintage condition, limited edition decorative plate titled 'Scarlett's Green Dress' featuring an illustration by Raymond Kursar of Rhett admiring Scarlett's very resourceful dress. Plate is in great shape. Like the others in this series, there is no gold on the rim. I may have the box and certificates which I will upload shortly if I do have them. Produced for Edwin Knowles. The seventh issued plate in this particular series. I have quite a few 'Gone with the Wind' plates that I will post with appropriate boxes, certificates and receipts.
