2/40 Gone With the Wind Golden Anniversary 'Frankly, My Dear' Howard Rogers

Very good vintage condition, limited edition decorative plate titled 'Frankly, My Dear' featuring an illustration portrait by Howard Rogers of Rhett Butler against the window light looking dapper voicing the infamous quote from the book/film. Plate is in great shape. It is gold rimmed as well. I may have the box and certificates which I will upload shortly if I do have them. Produced for W. S. George's Gone With the Wind Golden Anniversary Series. The ninth issued plate in this particular series.
