This gorgeous dress has a very unique design. It is made with a soft chiffon type fabric and fits like a glove! Great party dress for any occasions! It features a wide heart cut neckline. The full skirt can be worn with or without a petticoat. It has a ribbon belt with a bow-knot at the back. The belt loopholes line up with the princess seams at the front.
