revibetribe @yolanda7815 . No payment was released to me and you were never given a refund - so what it looks like - is they need to release refund payment to you . In the future if this ever happens again “request a refund” and open a dispute - this way poshmark can have tracking etc . It just makes the return process a little bit easier - I will call them tomorrow and get to the bottom of this - if they refuse to release payment - I will send you both shoes out tomorrow , just for the hassle of this all

revibetribe @dmrhemsath per Poshmark ‘s policies I can’t do anything outside of the app or I will lose my account. I will escalate this to them again internally. There is a label in your email for you to ship the item back. As soon as they see that the item is tracking, they will give you back your funds.
