The lustre of black pearls looks like gasoline, beautiful flashes of greens and blues.
This necklace has large sized pearls between 9mm to 11mm, Baroque type Freshwater Pearls measuring approximately 26½" containing 69 pearls. The Lustre, Nacre is excellent. The necklace has been knotted between each pearl with silk thread and has a new silver coloured clasp.
This is a new item without tags.

The clasp is not stamped.
I have found on the internet base metal used for jewelry clasps contains copper brass bronze zinc nickle iron aluminum are often mixed as alloys then plated with gold or silver.
