26-28W Vintage Baggy Houndstooth Cotton Blend Pants

Do you remember Fashion Bug? Such fun clothing - especially the plus size selection. These vintage pants are baggy - I mean really baggy at the hip. Sometimes called barrel pants, this style with lots of volume at the hip is back. Wider leg with a 9 inch leg opening. Pockets? Of course! The cotton-ramie fabric means no stretch, but these pants are seriously roomy and there is a stretch panel sewn into the waistband. Tapered leg. Pleated front. I like to wear a belt so they are paperbag waist style. Easy to turn up the legs to customize length. Soft and comfortable. The fabric is a fab micro houndstooth in black and white. I have loved these pants and they do show a bit of wear but the quality fabric and styling is evident. So nice with a chunky sweater or cropped jacket. Lots of life left in them.
