Sleeves look like they have been hemmed and made shorter by the previous owner. Fabric tag is cut out but it is lined inside. There is no size tag, but probably fits size Medium (oversized) to Large (see measurements below for more accuracy). Is long enough that it could be used as a thin coat, depending on your height.
