Vintage Y2K cocktail or party dress. The fabric is polyester but it feels very satiny and soft. The dress is tiered from top to bottom with spaghetti straps. The size tag is 12 and the lay flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit 17.5 in waist 15.5 in length 39.
