28 NWOT. pretty CORD pants

Reposhing this item I purchased from @pamela_mcneill. baby pink corduroy with a little stretch. i wear a 4 27/28 and they fit. when i received them, there was a blue smudge by the front pocket. i've washed them and treated the spot to where i no longer notice it, but price reflects this.
