28W Eloquii Swingy Dress with Double Flouncy Hem

Looking for a bit of colour for spring? 🍃This gorgeous dress has it all with its lovely green and white print. New with tags, cool and loose and swingy. It has a drop waist with a double tier flounce which gives lots of movement. The dress fabric is substantial and easily worn spring through fall - it is the “shower of hail” pattern in dark green. The video is the actual dress and shows the colour best. The 7/8 sleeves have a loose elastic cuff. This dress is roomy and flowy. Measures 29 inches across at the underarm - 58 inches around.
