Be and look cool in this breezy blue and off-white patterned 2X 100% rayon dry clean only shirt by Cynthia Rowley. Soft feel drapey fabric and super short almost cap sleeves on this sultry shirt will have you looking fabulous. This shirt is absolutely designer - you know how I know this (besides Google)? That breast pocket you see? Fake. Real designers always have fake pockets. Not that I ever put anything in a breast pocket anyway, except for a cell phone, *once*. Then I bent over to pick something up and I learned *that* lesson the hard way. I still don't think anyone reads these descriptions. Seriously though, this is a pretty shirt. I'm calling it off-white because different lighting made it look white, cream, or yellowed. I tried to take photos in multiple types of lighting to hopefully reflect this.
