2X Chicos 21.5 inch long black and grey leopard skirt

Hi. This Chicos skirt says size 3 but I did some measurements to be more thorough. The waist is made of a small elastic. It measures 16.5 inches laying flat. I can stretch it to 22 inches but it would probably be more comfortable at 20 inches of stretch. It is up to your personal comfort of course. The length is 21.5 inches. It's nicely flared as it goes down from your waist to the bottom of the skirt. It'll be easy to care for as it's 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It's cute and sexy, I think.
