3 Repurposed Mask Ornaments #5

These ornaments are all handmade entirely of repurposed (unused) surgical masks! I have to wear a mask all day every day, and I needed something positive to come out of these masks! So, I came up with six different designs that I liked. These are the second three, check out my other listings for the other three! Note- I have copied the text below for a few different listings, but because each one is slightly different, please refer to the pictures. The circle ornament is made by first sewing together the layers and folds of the mask with different decorative stitches on my sewing machine. Then I cut out two circles and sewed them together and added the elastic ear loop. The star ornaments are entirely made of the wire part of the mask that tightens over your nose. I glued a bunch of them together and added a few rhinestones, and an elastic ear loop as the hanger. I made the angel by cutting the stitching from the masks and weaving them together, then cutting out the triangle shape. The wings are made from a single layer of the mask. The head is a wooden bead. All the parts are held together with a wire, and the hanger is the elastic from the ear loop. I think these would be a great idea for a creative, unique gift, or to keep for yourself as a memory we will look back on years from now! Please see my other listings to bundle and save on shipping!
