maggie331 @waves31 Congratulations on the birth of your baby - what a magical time in your life. Sorry for not responding sooner - I got your message this morning however I had an out of town appointment and just got back. I can't say with any certainty if this item will fit a 10 pound baby - what I can tell you is that the outfit was hand knit using a pattern designed for a newborn - the diaper cover measures 12" diameter - with stretch it can expand up to 14" diameter.
