3 for $25 Velvet Heart Dress

This is a reposh - Purchased NEW and only worn once! Perfect for spring, summer or fall I realized the buttons on the cuff were missing the first time I wore it, so the style works with rolled sleeves (w/the attached supporting strap) or rolled out and loose at the wrists. It’s an adorable dress with or without those two buttons, but if you’re more patient and resourceful than me you can go ahead and add those buttons! 😌
