3 for $30 💖 Gap beige cable knit sweater with gold sequins fits Size XS-Small

A Beige Cable Knit Sweater with subtle gold sequins on the front and on the sleeves by GAP Purchased on Poshmark but it does not fit me. For reference, I am 5' 8" and 120 lbs and I found it much too small. The size tag says Medium but it fits like an XS to Small in my opinion.
