From a store close out, this new with tags dress has never been worn. Features embroidered front and back design and rumbled lower fabric - making it a great summer find. prairie_willows @bananazoo sorry for the delay. this is a difficult question as the bottice embroidery part does not go to the waist line. laid flat where the waist should be it is maybe 24 inches but the material can be stretched so it can be up to 30 inches plus. The fabric of the dress is flowy and breezy and not meant to be worn snug if that makes sense. the back ties can be used for more of a custom fit. I hope I have explained it okay.
