3 for $30 Vintage Jane Shilton leather clutch

Either a clutch or a very long wallet! Does anyone actually use a clutch anymore? Anyway this is a vintage dark blue leather clutch from Jane Shilton. Made in England. The last few photos are my attempts show that there are marks along the outside top. In good condition otherwise. Measurements in photos.
