Hand knitted in the east of central Anatolia region by villagers of Sirikli located in the province of Sivas in Turkey.
Sirikli village residents are natively from Asia tribe of Elbeyli. The rug has motives related with this tribe.
I had a chance to obtain it in the province of Sivas when I was in Turkey.
