Corning Ware 10 " Square Covered Microwave Grill Cooker Roaster Corning Ware MW-A-10-B, a 2.5- litre / or 2.5 Quart white covered microwave browning casserole dish with domed lid. FOR MICROWAVE USE ONLY-do not use in oven or on range (pictures are taken on range to show size, these are not made for range). The MW series is a pyroceram microwave baking dish with tin oxide. Preheat dish (in the microwave) prior to cooking food. These dishes were designed to brown when preheated, then cook. Made of pyroceram, a special ceramic glass produced by Corning Ware, this rare piece is specifically designed to brown foods in the microwave by preheating the dish prior to adding the item to be cooked. In nice vintage condition, no chips or cracks, some scratching from storage on bottom. Made in the USA in the 1980's. The clear lid, A-12-C, is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
