Vintage Arthur Wood Ye Olde Coaching & Hunting Days Jug / Pitcher - Made in England. Great vintage jug / pitcher / large creamer made in England by Arthur Wood dating from between 1945 and 1954. Back-stamped 'Ye Olde Coaching & Hunting Days, Quality, Arthur Wood, England'. This highly glazed brown jug is decorated with a Fox Hunt scene The rim and foot have an attractive silver border. The Arthur Wood Pottery was based at the Bradwell Works in Longport, Stoke-on-Trent, the premises of Capper & Wood established in 1884 producing primarily teapots. Produced in the 1930's. Great conversation piece. Use for Milk or Cream or to hold the Gravy for your Prime Rib Sunday Lunch. 4 1/2" Tall
