30's green velvet dress size 10 with bow belt

This a beautiful home made dress from the 30's. It is in fantastic shape for its age. The belt has a bow on it, which will need reshaping. I also just noticed that part of a seem has comme undone. It is across the back and might not show if worn loose, but it should be mended. This should not be a problem as it is a split seem. The opening is about an inch long. It will fit a modern size 10. Length about 45 inches, chest about 20 inches flat, waist is about 15 inches flat and hips about 20,5 inches flat. It is meant to be a little loose.
