3.1 Phillip Lim Scout Fold Over Tote

Pebbled leather black fold over shoulder bag / tote, can be used as either with a removable strap. Silver hardware frames the bottom of the bag. It has not been used much and came with a slight defect in the shoulder strap which is pictured. The second photo has the details from the manufacturer!
