NWOT 3.1 Phillip Lim Yellow & Black houndstooth check origami paperbag-waist cropped trousers: These trousers feature a high paper-bag waist with a leather tie-belt and a tapered-leg silhouette. 100% wool and fully lined. I love these pants, but I am short-waisted and just cannot wear the paper bag style. Waist measurement is around 27 inches but has elastic/buttons inside so it can be cinched in further.
