These are 3.1 Phillip Lim navy blue ruffled high waist shorts. They have a side buckle and a side zipper closure and a single button pocket at the back. The fabric composition tag was removed but based on other listings for these shorts I think they might be a cotton/viscose/elastane blend. They are a size 12 and in excellent condition Measurements Waist 16.5” Rise 15” Hip 23” Inseam 2” All measurements are taken while laying flat and are approximate
