A convertible hi-lo skirt or tube dress Size 3 (size Med or Large) Comfortable jersey material with slight stretch. Good condition. No holes but piling but since the colour is Heather Grey the pilling isnt noticable when on. Made in the USA Measurements Length as a dress 35.5" front and back is 48" Length as a skirt 25.5" front and back is 39" Measurements are approximate
