FLAW ALERT: This dress has underwiring and it is missing the underwire for the left side. I can't remember why since I purchased this 15-20 years ago. You can remove the other side or get the cup wire redone at a tailor. This dress says it is a size L but it is NOT. It does have a slight stretch, so I would say if you are an M, please look at the flat measurements. It would fit someone bordering on the size of S or M, but it might be too big for a small, and too small for an M depending on where you shop and your cup size. I bought this on Modcloth before they started making their own line of clothes for a wedding when I was a much smaller size and that's the only time I've worn it. The dress has a retro "bubble" pencil skirt, where it's not supposed to hug your hips, but give it some breathing room. The dress is a light blue green. In some lighting it looks like a robins blue and in other lighting it it is a mint green. Up close you can see it is a chevron weave which makes it stretchy. The fabric is a cotton blend from my memory. No label.
