3/$19 Retro pink mini dress with belt & pockets

This dress is so cute and the sweetest shade of hot pink without being so bright it where hurts your eyes. The button up design and the frilly shoulders give it a little bit of a retro vibe but still modern. Size XS worn once. Was missing a belt loop when I bought it but it still does the job with one loop or you can just cut it off and do any other belt with it. Plus IT HAS POCKETS!! this is included in my 3 for $19 deal
