3/$19 Stretchy flowy formal dress

Super comfy and stretchy and flowy. Very flattering shape that doesn't show bra lines or panty lines, really a hidden gem! It's black and off white and washes absolutely great. I used to wear it when I worked at a boutique as I had to dress somewhat formal, and I would wear it with leggings and a blazer when it's colder and I would wear it just on its own in summer as it goes just past my knees on me since I am just under 5 foot tall so it still looks professional. Part of my 3 for $19 deal.
