I would have said jacket is in perfect condition, but there are four small paint marks as shown in photos. Otherwise, jacket is in EUC. The hood is removable. Draw strings to help accentuate your waistline! Not waterproof. Measurements: 18” shoulder to shoulder 19.5” pit to pit 30.5” long
