Strapless mini dress in very good condition. The front is covered in panels of a black and white mesh like frilly fabric. The tag says large, but I’d say it’s more of a medium. Pit to pit (unstretched): 14.5” Pit to pit (stretched): 17.5” Length: 27” 96% polyester 4% spandex
