3/$20 Toddler boy fleece Christmas sleeper 3T

This is a fleece footie pajama by Carter's size 3T. It's red and has a reindeer wearing a sweater applique on it. It's in excellent condition. It was washed but never worn. It was bought in the boy's section but it could also be for a girl.
