💖3/$25💖 Chocoolate Flared Culotte Shorts

Flared shorts which look like a skater skirt. Bought in Hong Kong a few years ago - one of my favourite pieces for a while! Can dress up or down, super comfy with lots of stretch. Selling it because I've grown out of it (too tight) and it's not really my style anymore. HK Size 8 but would probably fit a US 0-2 (and maybe a 4 that but could be stretching it as I am a 4 and the band is super stretchy, but it can get a bit tight). Material is light but isn't see through (last pic)! Condition: VGUC
