3/$25 FOREVER 21 | Sexy Strappy White Bodycon Dress M

Forever 21 strappy bodycon dress in white. Originally purchased for $32.90 USD (approx. $45CAD) plus taxes. Brand new with tag - never worn. There is some faint blue discoloration on the front left that I think was already there when I purchased the dress. I didn’t notice it until I tried it on later but I was past the return date. I have not tried to remove the discoloration by washing as the dress is still new with tags. Price reflects flaw.
