3/$30 Express Vintage Y2K Citron Mandarin Collar Button-up Shirt

Labeled a 3/4, fits an XS relaxed or Small fitted. Light citron (yellow green). Stand up collar in Mandarin style. Button front. Long sleeves with ruffle edge. Bottom edge is also ruffled. Very lightweight, semi sheer, almost gauzy. No give to fabric. May have some mild wear present, a bit of piling, it is a vintage piece.
